Notes

Dam to Dam 20K, medium effort, still not fully recovered from marathon. Started a bit too fast, around 6:40 pace for first 3 or 4 miles, before backing off pace and taking it easier to preserve legs. Still managed a PR by over a minute. Calf a bit tight but no serious pain.
