Notes

Picked up the pace on this one after SLOW run yesterday, needed to make sure I still had some speed. One mile warmup, one mile at sub-7 pace, one mile easy, one mile sub-7, one mile cool down. Splits: 7:29, 7:00, 7:39, 6:52, 8:16. Legs, breathing, calf/shin all felt good. Hot though.
