Paco lollipop
knee hurt all day yesterday, as did left hamstring
knee felt good when woke up but hamstring ouchie
not thrilled about it, but planning to actually rest today - had thought maybe a short yoga session would be ok, but since knee is now sore after just this walk, will skip even that - i feel fatter already :(
