I struggled again today...just no energy. I held on to Doug and Rob in the fartleks until the last 5 minutes or so and then I simply ran out of gas. Had to get home after that.

1:00-3:00 Fartlek Run
Spend a good 25 minutes running 1-3 minute fartleks at 5k to 10k effort with as much recovery as needed.
Run some after to get 12 miles.
