Notes

1st marathon workout and it went great! First few ks were too fast 3:11ish, then settled into 3:20 which didn't feel bad at all. consistently hit 4:00 on the rests, could take that a little faster moving forward. Slightly concerned about right and left hamstrings, but I think that could be due to extra strengthening I've been doing lately.
