I didnt feel the best on the run today. I have been tired all week, I think from the lack of sleep last weekend. Just need to hit my mileage this week and rest up for next week.
I noticed last night my right achilles pops when I shift my weight to that foot. It's @ the top of my achilles where it attaches to my calf. It doesnt hurt, but is something I should monitor.
