I had horrible gas during the workout. after 1/2 mile into the tempo, i couldnt fart anymore. All of the gas built up and by the end I had to puke/shit my pants. I was burping because I had so much gas build up. After the tempo, I shit my brains out and then tried to run some 1200m repeats. I barely made it throu the first one, and called it quites after that. My legs and breathing felt awesome, I just couldnt run with having to puke/shit. I made it back to McPhee where I slowly started to feel better.
