ride with a bunch of guys from Scheels and Kennedy.

Most of the guys were not in good biking shape, so Kennedy and I were able to dick around the whole time and still waste 'em. We sprinted up each hill and waited @ the top for everyone to catch up. After a while, we hung out in the back and let everyone get a lead so we could run 'em down before the top of the next hill. Every once in a while one of the guys would try to beat us to the top, but was never successful....we always destroyed 'em before the top. Then Kennedy and I started doing things like coasting to 10 mph and then catch everyone. It was a fun ride but still a workout with all of the hill sprints. I miss cycling and NEED to get a bike!
