Ran alone and did reverse Water to Burger Burner, throu campus, and finished Water St. It was a solid run; it didnt feel like I was moving that fast, but I guess its a good thing..esp. for a double.. The rest of the week should be smooth sailing. I think I have roughly 100 minutes in 2 days. Still havent gotten to the Chiro, maybe tomorrow, but my pelvis is still tilted..
