My legs heading into the workout today were trashed/flat...from the long run yesterday, being behind on sleep, and from work today. I was late to practice today because I had to get new shoes real bad! I met the guys doing Burger burner. The workout went very well for how shitty my legs felt. I got out hot for the 800s and worked on form the last 200m. The 200s hurt and I could feel them getting heavier and heavier. Overall an awesome workout in the rain.
