Solid run w/ Breitbach. Only had 2 bowls of Grape Nuts to eat before the workout. My legs never felt like there were completely under me. I was struggling for the first 10 min of the tempo, the next 13 minutes over the hills werent too bad, but as soon as we turned the corner off of HWY II, my legs started to tire. I struggled to hold on to Breitbach for the last 8 min of the tempo.
On the cooldown, I started to get light headed and my legs were super weak. I decided to cut it short and get some food in me.
