Perfect weather, nice and peaceful for running. felt a bit sluggish out the door, but worked into it. I shit 3 times on the run: in Daves, on State St., and on Mall Dr. My stomach was rejecting the Taco John's I ate for lunch yesturday...never again! I did 3x5 min pick-ups, they werent too hard, probably around 6 min pace. Towards the end of the run, my low back stated to tire out and I could feel my hips tightening up....I couldnt turn as sharp and felt like an old man. Overall, it was a decent morning long run...now I have to go work..
