w/ Kopid

Legs still are not used to the morning runs...especially @ 8:30 am.

Did 30 min w/ Kopid (Long Carson), then added on Reverse Water St + Lake St.

legs were feeling alot better by the end.

I think it take about 3 miles for my legs to wake up.
