6x50m accels
had a tight right calf going into the workout. I felt decent on the warm up and the 300's were not a problem. The hurdles on the 800's killed me. Without the hurdles, I could have run considerably faster but the first hurdle workout will do that to you...The 200's helped me work on my speed and trying to control form when barreling down the homestretch. I can definitely tell I dont have no where near the speed of those other guys like Flyte, Zander, Paul, Alex, etc...The burned me on every 200, mostly the last 50 meters.
