the 300m hills were between 61-66 seconds. I ran them with Borden for the first set and kept up the pace after the hill. Borden and I made gaped the rest of the group on the rest portion and maintained our distance on the hills. I waited for the freshman to get back from their ez jog and did the second set of hills with Matt Scott. We did the same thing, pulled away on the rest and maintained on the hills. My legs felt awesome and I am going to be sore tomorrow...
