good workout. The hardest part was the first 800m and getting used to the hurdles. I improved and felt far more comfortable going over hurdles @ the end compared to the begining. 300m's were not difficult, basically a long, fast stride. The rest inbetween distances could have been cut down a little, maybe to 4 min instead of 6. Overall, very happy,
