Notes

first "run" back after E's birth (almost 7 weeks out). warm 10, run 1/walk4, cool 10. didn't feel like my uterus was going to fall out, so generally a success. feel ready to go back to it, but know I need to be conservative. Pelvic floor & core are going to be the limiting factors, not cardio or leg muscles.
