stated 7 mi tempo run (2-3-2), but missed turn @ colony rd. ended up doing last part of run at or clse to tempo to compensate. some intense hills and intervals of hard rain, but warmer than boston. would have been an awesome run if i hadn't had to do the extra miles so fast to get home to the baby.
