woodland T stop (mi 16) out to wellesley college ( mi 13) and back to englewood & beacon (past cleveland cir, mi 22). f*ing awesome run! felt great. lot of wind, chilly, about even headwind & tailwind, including a spectacular push down the hill toward cleveland circle! light tech shirt & loose pants fine for most of the course -- needed extra layers when i finished though! cytomax, chocolate clif shot @ mi 8 helped. could've used an extra drink.
need to work on lower back & lats for the long downhills like going into newton lower falls. can see how climb over 128 is gonna be tough, but i have no fear of the newton/brookline section of hills.
had good chats w/ folks on the course. gorgeous day!
