Easy. HR 131-wanting to keep below or at 130. 374 gain. My legs are a bit tight from the one long bike ride…. Hard to believe I averaged almost 52 miles per day on the bike/7 days a week over 3 full months during Covid and also ran…I remember the inside of my quad muscles buzzing and tingling constantly when I walked and feeling extreme fatigue in them and i loved that feeling. Want it back….lol.
Pushing track to Saturday morning. Will do VO2 max intervals with equal rest.
