COMMENTS: Warm 50's. Drank 16 oz water w/ airborne before run and 3x6oz Poweraid lemon-lime during. Then 6 oz +32oz Poweraid after run for total weight loss 1 lb + fluids
That trail has long gradual inclines, just enough to raise HR on the up and incr speed on the downs. Was able to finish strong with last 3 miles at 7:55, 7:54 and 7:52. I must be ready. No coughing (once or twice) during run then coughed like crazy immediatley after. Coughed very little last night. Stii in upper respiratory tract.
