right calf started cramping. Left leg smooth whole time.

Legs felt "solid" after workout. 2 mile walk with Tory later. Cast leg sore most of day (lots of standing)
Boooooring.... 2hrs stationary! At least I could close my eyes and zone to dj steveboy mixes. Quad soreness subsided by evening.
Sweat rate today was only 3.6 lbs/hr vs 4.5 yesterdays MP-Tempo pace.
