tried to stay around 141 in the second half, had to really slow it down (10mpm +) and still HR jumped to about 144 towards the end. Right knee felt sore around mile 4 but feels ok. Took Miles for a bike ride around after.

Wk 1 summary.

Paces have slowed overall this week, partly by choice as I was dropping the upper limit of HR from 145 down to 140 - 141, partly because my knee has been bothering me and that it seems running consecutively before new years did a number on my knees and my overall mojo. I did lose about 2 lbs this week so all is not lost. Next week will try to get back to 6 or 7 days of running and another 2 lbs.
