Notes

easy pace w/ HR and GPS. Sluggish at first but warmed up and felt pretty good the whole time. Kept heart rate between 135 - 145, mostly around 140. Not a bad run considering the 4 hr sleep i got. I need to sleep more. 8 x 100 m strides after, 22,22,21,20,20,19,18,19s
