great run on the river. did the first 40 minutes with Groth (absolute trooper on his awful left knee) for 4 miles, then tried to loop back and catch him in the last 9 after he turned around for the car (9 in 50). legs are little tired from y'day. thinking 10 in 53 is possible right now. gorgeous day and I really mean it.
