Longest run to date! Woohoo! Legs feel tired- felt fine until about mile 12..then it was tad mental, legs feeling heavy,some achiness (which I attribute to needing new shoes). Ate some sour gummies around mile 8 then again at mile 12..no water intake,just did not feel like drinking at all- not thirsty.
Took water before along with a salt packet and a half of a peanut butter sandwich..
