Went to the mailroom to pick up the new goggles I ordered and realized the cap was delayed and wasn't coming until Monday. That was a bummer but as I was about to hop in the pool the lifeguard came over and said he found my cap that I left there last week! That set the tone for the workout, vibes were good, swam well.
