Notes
It started out raining heavily (we walked the Autzen DeFazio loop from Lawrence Hall), but the sun came out. There was LOTS of water in the river... Pace was merely OK; I had to remind Ben to not lag behind (I was on his left and had to crane my head back to talk to him) many times. He lags behind in order to see me.... Perhaps I need to walk on his right, but then that's not therapeutic.
