Early morning run before practice. It's going to be a tough week for training with this being the first week of official cross country practice, thankfully next week will be easier with us switching over to afternoons. Felt pretty tired from a shorter night of sleep (7 hrs just doesn't do it for me) but should be able to get back into a good groove here knowing I'll be up early everyday this week. Let the pace flow, didn't stress, but it did drag on at points.
