did a 5 mile loop to start off the long run since brady and johnny suggested i get in one long run over 20 miles before the marathon. Stewart also wanted this long run to involve some sort of fartlek so I did a ladder fartlek twice with half rest and ten minutes between sets (1-2-3-4-5-5-4-3-2-1). legs still didnt feel the best so it was a bit of a struggle so i felt like i was pressing at times but still probably the best run ive had this week just from the stand point of the numbers.
