Ran from the school before practice. Splitting today into a double so I did 6 miles running down Bobo and back through the cross course. Back at the track, I did 2 sets of Bouncy on the infield. I was feeling tired today but the strides felt good and while I'm not in top shape I am moving better than I was a few weeks ago. (Core 8')
