Winter is upon us here in east central Iowa! Snowed about 3 inches, and it was still coming down as I ran. I knew there wouldnt be any clear sidewalks to run on, all I wanted was to avoid slipping and pissing off those little postural muscles that have sure gone dormant after the past few years living in Tulsa and South Carolina.
