10' walk+12x2' run-1' walk+10' walk. I didn't get my workout until late in the morning so it was already getting pretty warm. The 2' runs were on the fast side but I have been focusing on the effort while trying to not get crazy with anything, and try to let my body decide how fast or slow to go. (2x Pedestal)
