4xmile run w/3' walk. Ran with the team for their warm-up down bobolink. It was great to be in the group again. I lost track of my workout during the second mile and accidentally went 1.65. ran the remained to the mileage on the turf field which was very boring but the safest way to go. Richey had me go short on the last one to just finish at 4 miles but I didnt realize how over I had been on the second so I went just short of a half mile to be safe. 4.73 miles, 39:00.
