Richey didn't send me my workout for the day and I work all day so I went out for an hour walk before heading to the store. I walked at a good clip while playing Pokemon Go pretty much the whole way. Got into a race with an old lady at the very beginning, talk about awkward. she really didn't want me to pass her.
