Woke up at 5Am thinking I had a hike up Mt. Sanitas on my schedule, but instead Richey scrapped the hike and had a 60-80 min walk after work so I could provide bottle support for the team's long run. I begrudgingly went for my walk along the lefthand route with kaylin at 6 am.
