Second run in Reykjavik. Had to work mentally to get myself out of bed after such a grueling day yesterday. Didn’t want to risk getting stuck on the ice on the rainbow again so I ran a two mile route 5x because the city streets were much better footing. Just had to deal with traffic on narrow streets. Statics and BHR after.
