Travel exacted it’s tole today. Slept a total of 2 maybe 3 hours since I woke up for the run at NCC. Got into Reykjavik at 5:45 AM local time. We walked around for 9 god forsaken hours before we could get into our Airbnb. I was on the verge of passing out I was so tired. Took a 2 hour nap then had to get my run in while there was still some daylight. Ran towards the athletics compound and most of the route was absolutely a sheet of ice. Almost wiped out a couple times so just turned around and took the L. No point in risking injury for a few extra miles especially since it was getting dark.
