I still haven't been able to eat much at all so I was feeling weak and empty, but at least I hadn't thrown up today. Started the run thinking I could run between 4 and 12 miles. However, by mile 1 I knew I wouldn't make it too far and by mile 3 I was sure 4 would be all I could tolerate. My stomach was cramped and my body felt awful in general.
