Notes
I was able to snack on some applesauce, crackers, and bananas today. Waited until later in the day since I felt worse when I woke up in the morning. Almost decided to cut the run completely but went to the treadmill just before dinner to give it a try. The first mile was alright and I briefly considered going for an hour, but the same queasiness and stomach cramping from yesterday returned and I barely made it to 4. I don't think I'll be seeing any major improvements until I can start eating normally again.
