Notes
Got back to Boulder around 6 pm last night and didn't feel great after traveling. I met with Noah and Aidan to run but first did a couple miles since I thought they'd be shooting for 10. Ran out to Wonderland and the lack of shade made the heat nearly unbearable even this early in the morning. It was a bit of a trudge to get through this run and I may end up scraping the double in favor of rest and rehydration.
