terrible morning. gloomy and I was tired from yesterdays effort. decided to run the cherry st loop backwards and found that to be a very poor choice. the uphills were significantly longer than the usual way I go so it felt like i was grinding the whole time. achilles started to bother me around mile 8 and by mile 10 I said fuck it to strength training. didnt want to will an unwilling body to injury
