Redo of yesterdays failed tempo. 2M warmup @7:35. 3M Tempo @6:32. 4M cooldown @745. Was a tough tempo for me....partly because I just did it yesterday too. A little hot and rolling hills on tempo portion today. I feel good about getting it done right but high effort level is a concern being just a tempo.
