5 EZ recovery miles. Snooze buttoned my way out of a strength training session so just got in the 5 recovery miles. Felt good. Caught myself speeding up in miles 4 and 5 and made myself slow it down so I guess that's a good sign. With September coming, I want to feel good now so I can kill it in the Fall.
