Hills, hills, hills. 2.5 warm-up, 4.5 miles of hill repeats - 16 x 60-70 secs up @60-70% effort, jog down, 3 mile cooldown. Felt pretty good and just tried to focus on good extension and driving with the hips, butt and hammies. Saw Ram during my warm-up. He had just finished flattening the hills of Lexington and Russell Streets himself.
