2 up, 5 @ LT pace, 2 down. Legs had earned the right to be tired after Sunday night's debacle in the soup and yesterday's squats and deadlifts. So the pace was a good 10-15 secs slower than what should be tempo pace but considering the past couple days, the legs came through for me. It's got to be OK training-wise to run LT with a bit of fatigue, right? And each LT mile got just a hair quicker. Can't complain. And the air felt pretty comfy too.
