I guess you could call this my long run but I dont... Went out in the middle of the day to run... I wanted to get atleast 7 in so i can start hitting higher mileage. I really worked on my form the whole run which is pretty hard... automatically getting my hips under me made me faster which was fine for awhile but with the heat took a toll on me later... I stopped for water at 4 miles and then finished up... Overall felt pretty solid... Also got the training plan today now I just need to find out what group ill be in
