Ran with sam for the first 5.5 miles which started at 9 minute pace and dropped to 8 minute pace and then ran another 1.1 miles which got down to 7:20 pace... Overall the slow pace gave me a chance to get my hips under me and work on that... Besides that it was a great run and a good one for me to finish my week on! I cant wait to get into the training schedule this week
