First time w Plano group, showed up sick (4 days now) short 400 mt wu @ 2:28, 1-1600, 400 recovery jog, 2x800 w 60" rest in between intervals, 400 recovery jog after second one, 2x400 w 60" rest and a short 400 mt cd @ 3:02, it was hot and windy, didn't feel good at any point during the workout ... 6:59, 3:35, 3:31, 1:45, 1:44
