.75m wu @ 6:28, 10 min drills, 3x1000, 1x800, 1x400 all w 200 recovery jog, 4:09, 4:10, 4:04, 3:13, 1:31, .75m cd @ 6:46, 10 min stretching, hot afternoon but windy, hammies are not happy with me after our run around the lake, took it easy and as a recovery run, did not push it and pace felt comfortable.
